A Landlord approached me to repair his property which was previously used as a drug grow house! We fixed the house up and put it on rent for him, we are still managing this property today.

Works carried out:

• Claim settlement with insurance company
• Complete re-decoration of entire property 
• Re-wiring of property (internal and external) including new mains connection and smart meter
• New laminate flooring installed where damages were caused (holes in the floor)
• New ceilings in bedrooms where vents were installed to the loft
• Bathtub and sink installed at landlord's request
• New carpets throughout the house
• Repair and restoration of banisters
• Other works carried out in garden (concrete path and shed)
